Websites for small businesses

Everyone sells websites. Here is what mine are made of, what they cost, and when you shouldn't hire anyone at all.

What you get

A custom-coded website that loads fast, works on any phone, and tells Google exactly what your business does. No page builder underneath, so nothing bloats, expires, or demands a plugin update on a Sunday.

Fast is not cosmetic. Visitors leave slow sites without complaining, they just leave. And Google keeps score of it.

How it's done

  1. 1

You email me what the site is for. Getting calls, selling something, or just proving you exist. That decides the whole build.

  2. 2

I build it on a live preview link you can open anytime. You comment, I adjust. No big reveal at the end.

  3. 3

It goes live with hosting, SSL and the technical SEO groundwork already in place.

  4. 4

If something I built breaks, I fix it for free. That one is policy, it's on the front page.

How much does a small business website cost?

Anything from 0 € to 20,000 €, which is why nobody answers this question straight. So, straight:

  • Do it yourself with Wix or Squarespace: 10 to 40 € a month plus your weekends. Fine for a hobby, and honestly the right call if the site just needs to exist and money is tight.

  • An agency: usually four to five figures, plus a monthly retainer, plus a layer of account managers between you and whoever does the work.

  • Me: a written quote once I know what you actually need, and the price only moves if the job does. Most small business sites land well below agency money, because you're not paying for anyone's office.

The catch with the cheap option: a website nobody finds earns nothing, and 10 € a month for nothing is a bad deal.

Why me anyway

One developer with design, code and SEO in the same head, so nothing gets lost between departments that don't talk to each other. And you can verify everything yourself: open the site on your phone, run it through PageSpeed, google your business. This page hits a perfect 100 on desktop, and 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO on any phone too. Every claim I make is checkable in five minutes.

Launch is not a goodbye either. Same person, same email address, also in a year when you want a change done right.

The website is half the job. The other half is being found: SEO for small businesses

Tell me what you need.

One email, your own words, that's it. I answer personally, usually with a few questions and an opinion you didn't ask for.
